Bear + Deer = Beer - Set of 4 Mugs

If I could give six stars I would. I recently ordered a set of customized beer mugs from Premier Home & Gifts and, even after a shipping mishap, couldn't be happier.

To make a long story short, according to UPS my glasses had been delivered, yet there was nothing on my doorstep. After checking with neighbors and making an inquiry with the shipping company I decided to scratch out a quick email to Michelle at PH&G to see what the next step was. She couldn't have been more helpful.

She was extremely apologetic, courteous and professional and assured me she would handle the problem personally. I received an email THE NEXT DAY stating a new set of glasses were on their way.

After never hearing another word back from UPS about the package they lost, it was refreshing to know I was in good hands with Michelle and the people at Premeier Home & Gifts. I enjoy giving companies like theirs my business and won't hesitate to do it again in the future.
